Some words about the Show
“A Tribute to George Strait Dinner Show” is the outstanding Branson show that pays tribute to this living legend of country music! It’s a show that not only gives you Gordy Wensel’s amazing performance of the best of George Strait, but the excellent voice of his wife, Debbie, as she belts out songs and shares fun stories of the female country artists who have opened for him, such as Martina McBride and Miranda Lambert.
Previously, both Gordy and Debbie delivered amazing performances as singing servers at the popular Mel’s Hard Luck Diner in Branson, and they’ve entertained across the US, but now they’ve found their niche at Jackie B. Goode’s Uptown Dinner Theatre, bringing audiences a taste of great country music! They’ll treat you to some of George’s biggest hits, including Amarillo By Morning, The Chair, and All My Ex’s Live In Texas. Gordy and Debbie will share bits of trivia about one of America’s favorite country artists, and show spectacular video presentations of George Strait songs. See a sensational show that pays tribute to the man named the top country music artist of the past 25 years by Billboard Magazine, featuring an outstanding George Strait tribute artist and an incredible female vocalist, and it all comes with a delicious dinner, too! What more could you want from a Branson show?
